Heavenly Smiles, a Dental Revolution |
|

Dr. Ulrich Volz, an internationally celebrated
inventor, author,
implantologist and dentist treat's the rich and
famous, as well as the common man. He is a native of
Konstanz, Germany,
an aerea where three countries merge, Germany,
Switzerland
and Austria.
It is here, that Volze's revolutionary idea was
born, the idea to
create more Hollywood smiles than ever before and to
replace the safe, but less appealing method, of
black titanium use, which has been for some fourty
years in place, with the more aesthetic and
biocompatible material of Zirkonia, a material
discovered 20 years ago in Japan.
Ulrich Volzes knowledge is vast, with a huge
appetite for the
alternative. he quotes, before there was black and
now we see the light and it is white. He uses white
Zirkonia for all his dental implants, bridges and
crowns. He is also the inventor of the
highly acclaimed Z-look system, and his latest
invention, the
dynamic thread implant for which he holds
international patents.
The revolutionary dental implant made from Zirkonia,
a high- tech
ceramic, absolutely biocompatible and 4 times higher
in it's flexural strength than black titanium..
Zirkonia is replacing titanium in a
greater number of areas in the medical field.
Very early on Dr.Volz became interested in Almalgam
and after writing his doctors thesis, he became
apprehensive on the subject and decided to bann the
use of all metal materials with his patients.
Already his previous cases showed a perfect soft
tissue
recovering ,so he decided to seek approval from the
authorities and he received their blessings in 2004.
He now enjoys a steady stream of patients from all
over the world. Among the many Dagmar Konsalik,a

name a few.
Ulrich Volz is also a frequent speaker on the

cirquit and is highly respected and
revered by his native and and international
collegues.
When asked about the future in white dental
implantology, Heliane
Canape, the former CEO of Nobel Bio Care(NOB) ,
world market leader in titanium implants ,quotes :
The ceramic implant has
a huge impact for me. The aesthetical needs of
patients in the year
2009 are increasing and have drastically changed
from previous years, no patient, but especially
those who are very health conscious, wants to have
metal anymore.
Volz, age 45, is the son of a renown master violin
builder who
built violins till age 75. Both of them share their
big passion for sail boats and everything
connected to them.
Ulrich Volz was commited to follow a simelar
carrier,but through a
leap of faith became a dental physician.
I learned from my parents, that in life it is
important to constantly
reinvent yourself and our vision and to learn new
things, he recalls.
Years ago when turning 27 ,Volz was the youngest
private dentist to open his own dental office in the
same area, treating patients without metal. Today he
is heading, along with a partner ,the Tages
Klinik Dr. Volz and Dr.Scholzn Konstanz. (Dental
