Close to 50 guests enjoyed a banquet including two types of delicious salmon, fillet, turkey, quiche, spinach pasta rolls, heavenly desserts, Champagne and so much more. Music filled the air and the hearts of everyone there.
Joseph Di Palma has accomplished quite a bit thus far in his life. Joe established "The Di Palma Center for the Study of Jewelry and Precious Metals" at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution. He and I (Joycelyn Engle) produce The Di Palma Forum a TV Celebrity discussion show to benefit the scholarship fund at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and he is the executive producer of the feature film, Shannon's Rainbow starring an award winning cast. Many recognize Joe from walking across their TV screens with his briefcase in the opening video for The Nightly Business Report on PBS TV, which he sponsored for almost 10 years. Joseph also dedicated the Chapel of the Blessed Mother in The Guardian Angel Cathedral in Las Vegas in the memory of his parents. His Birthday was celebrated at the PH home of Dr. Brian Mehling on the 57th floor of The Corinthian.
