Holiday Spirit on Full Display as Madison Avenue Shops for a Good Cause

Thousands of shoppers took to the streets and stores of New York City’s famed Madison Avenue for the 23rd annual Miracle on Madison Avenue, presented by BNY Mellon. Seventy-seven stores along the avenue donated 20 percent of the day’s sales to support the health services of The Children’s Aid Society.
Festive tents in the streets welcomed shoppers; Miracle Sunday is the only day of the year that a part of Madison Avenue is closed to traffic. Musical performances, food tastings and a luxury raffle all helped make Miracle on Madison Avenue the largest fundraising event of the year for The Children’s Aid Society. www.childrensaidsociety.org
