At the Boys Town
New York Building
Hope Gala where much
needed funds were
raised in support of
the organization’s
interventional
programs for at-risk
girls and boys.
The
Building Hope Gala
2008 is Boys
Town New York’s
second annual
fundraiser where 350
guests enjoyed
dinner, incredible
entertainment, and a
live and silent
auction. During
the live auction,
two clinics
with the Olympic
fencers raised an
eye-popping $20,000.

hope for New York’s
children and
families through its
life-changing youth
care programs,
providing the right
services at the
right time based on
a child’s or
family’s needs.
Since opening in
1991, Boys Town New
York has served
3,889 children and
families through its
various programs. In
2007, 470 children
received help from
Boys Town New York’s
Treatment Family
Services and
Intervention and
Assessment Services.
Another 106,663
children and
families in the
greater New York
area were assisted
through Child and
Family Support
Services, including
the Boys Town
National Hotline
