On Monday,
October 25thth, God's Love We Deliver will hold
its Fourth Annual Golden Heart Awards Celebration at the IAC
Center in Manhattan celebrating the important contributions
of three long-time supporters. The honorees are: Joan
Rivers – Lifetime Achievement; Philippe Dauman: Outstanding
Service to the Community; and Evan Schwartz – Outstanding
Volunteer
Tables are available for $50000, $25000, $15000, $10000, and
$5000. Individual tickets are available for $2500, $1500,
$1000,
and $500.
Mission:
The mission of God's Love We Deliver is to
improve the health and well-being of men, women and children
living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by
alleviating hunger and malnutrition. We prepare and deliver
nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of
their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for
themselves. We also provide illness-specific nutrition
education and counseling to our clients, families, care
providers and other service organizations. All of our
services are provided free of charge without regard to
income.
God's Love We Deliver is a
non-sectarian, not-for-profit organization that provides
essential food and nutrition services to men, women and
children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis,
Alzheimer's disease and other life-altering illnesses. Our
clients live throughout the five boroughs of New York City,
Hudson County and Newark, New Jersey. We are proud that all
of our services have always been provided free of charge
without regard to income. There has never been a waiting
list for our services.
