ToolBank USA Announces
Largest Investment in Organization History
Stanley Black & Decker pledges $1 million in support
of
ToolBank USA's national expansion efforts
ATLANTA (March 16, 2011)
-
ToolBank USA today announced a $1 million commitment
from Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) in support of
its national expansion plan. The investment, which will
be fulfilled over five years, marks the ToolBank's
largest pledge to-date and will support the ToolBank's
growth in strategic markets across the United States,
including Charlotte, Baltimore and Cincinnati.

high-quality tools to non-profits organizations and
volunteers across the country."
