Sue Ende’s Oct. 14 Party with a Purpose Benefiting Place of Hope
Supporters of Place of Hope recently came together for a Party with a Purpose. On Oct. 14, Sue Ende and her friends threw a benefit party to help raise much-needed funds for the foster children and families of Place of Hope in Palm Beach Gardens. Ende, who also lives in Palm Beach Gardens, has donated more than $3,000 from the party, and more checks are coming in.
Ende’s donation will help Place of Hope with its 24-7 operation. Place of Hope, one of the largest family-style child welfare organizations in Florida, provides emergency and long-term family-style foster care, family outreach and intervention, transitional housing and support services, adoption and foster care recruitment and support, and hope and healing opportunities for children and families who have been traumatized by abuse and neglect.
