International philanthropist and global icon Meera Gandhi has played many roles over the course of her life. As the founder and CEO of The Giving Back Foundation, Meera has travelled the world in service of the underprivileged. As a former volunteer at Ashadaan, she learnt the joy of self-sacrifice from Mother Teresa herself. As a mother, she raised her three children while successfully managing her philanthropic, business and social engagements. 

 Just saw “Waiting for Godot” at the Hudson theatre on Broadway.

An incredible cast - Estragon played by Keanu Reeves,
Vladimir by Alex Winter, Pozzo by Brandon J. Doreen,
Lucky the slave by Michael Patrick Thornton and the messenger boy by Eric Williams.

Samuel Beckett would have given this production directed by
 Jamie Lloyd two thumbs up!

I studied the play for my IB exam at the United World Colleges
but it never came as alive as it did this evening (Sorry Theo)

Many things to learn about the repetition of life but also the constant reminder we can choose to change any situation should we want to.

The obvious takeaway - time and present opportunities we loose waiting for a better tomorrow or waiting for a Godot - or a future scenario that never comes. Therefore, Carpe diem all!
