Jason L. Ma 馬良傑

Dear Parents of Driven Teens and Adults:

As caring parents, we dream of getting our children enrolled in great colleges and universities and, ultimately, to amazing careers and fulfilling lives.

But these days, the elite college planning and applications process, and the barriers to admissions, are more daunting and hypercompetitive than ever, while the best companies continue to hire only the best (despite a low unemployment rate).

Every day, we hear about supposed shoo-ins (including private school students) getting rejected and about emotional or social issues in smartphone-addicted youth…

Every day, we worry that our driven child might not have the prerequisites or that no one notices our kid’s awesomeness…

Every day, we are dreaming of a competitive edge to ensure our child gets the best access to the best education and mentorship possible and thrives with happiness and confidence, unleashing his/her full potential…

The bottomline? Without truly high-quality guidance and tools, it’s so easy to get buried or overwhelmed in the process, and our child won’t get the desired results—even if our kid already attends a private school and certainly if our child attends a public school.

Meanwhile, wise families have used ThreeEQ’s foremost mentorship, which includes a powerful and inspiring strategy and process, to successfully prepare their kids to set clearer direction, become more confident, get admitted to top best-fit colleges and universities (especially Ivy League schools), do well (and not get lost or stressed out) in college, land rewarding internships, jobs, and careers (or help run a family business), and cultivate strong, scalable next-generation leadership mindsets and life skills early on—while raising happy, well-balanced, and ambitious children…

…without pressuring their teen and adult children
 anymore than they have to.

What I enjoy the most is seeing our students achieve great outcomes in key life-stage goals,
transform upward as rising Leaders and happy people,
and gain powerful lifelong benefits with my mentorship.

ThreeEQ's mentoring framework and process are inspiring, holistic,
data driven, and personalized at a quality level unmatched
 at even top private schools.
College is part of the journey but not the destination.
We at ThreeEQ provide trusted, best-of-breed,
and highly personalized:

1)  College planning, applications, admissions,
 and life success coaching,

2)  Career, next-generation leadership,
and family business success coaching, and

3)  Emotional, social, and leadership intelligence
 (3EQ) success coaching

and mentoring services for select driven teen and adult children of caring high-net-worth parents, both Western and Asian worldwide.

Our student success stories abound.

See why astute families happily choose to work with ThreeEQ.

Our client students and parents enjoy maximizing wins and success, minimizing pain and opportunity costs, and getting the certainty and peace of mind by taking advantage of ThreeEQ’s foremost and compassionate mentorship. They enjoy the mutual integrity, authenticity, and inspiration. A common by-product benefit is that our client family internal relationships become even better with our involvement.

Book a call or online Zoom meeting (ThreeEQ.com/apply)
with us to listen, learn, and discuss if we can help your child, and if so, how best to help you all. After you schedule a date/time that works for your child, you, and your spouse (if he/she must be consulted), you’ll be directed to submit a short application form that’ll help us prepare for the call. We require that ALL of you be present for the call. We can meet in my online Zoom room while you all are in different locations worldwide. It will be the BEST time your folks will have spent for your child’s present and future!

Kind regards,

Jason L. Ma 馬良傑

Sensing a higher purpose for the masses, Jason Ma authored
Young Leaders 3.0:
Stories, Insights, and Tips for Next-Generation Achievers

an acclaimed and inspiring book for millennials and teens, parents, educators, and employers. This book features the authentic, personal stories of successes, failures, and lessons learned from a diverse group of 23 exemplary Gen Z and Millennial leaders and contributors—along with practical nuggets of wisdom, including overarching themes, success patterns seen, and concluding actionable advice from the author.

Through his career, Jason Ma and his team have helped 1-on-1 hundreds of high-achieving Gen Z’ers and millennials successfully and authentically get admitted to best-fit elite colleges and universities, land rewarding internships, jobs, and careers, and live happy lives, growing and contributing  as rising next-generation leaders.

On elite college admissions results, our exceptional track record includes having helped nearly 100% of our high-achieving students get admitted to their best-fit elite colleges and universities—all Ivy League schools (Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn/Wharton, Princeton, and Yale), Stanford, MIT, Caltech, UChicago, UC Berkeley (College of Engineering), Duke, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, WashU, Rice, Carnegie Mellon, USC, and all other top-tier research universities and liberal arts colleges. Some of our students were also admitted to elite UK universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, and Imperial.

Our older students and alumni enjoy learning and achieving at top colleges or graduate schools, making a difference and thriving in rewarding jobs at great companies, or building interesting tech startups. Our students include Mr. Ma’s own two happy, high-achieving, and compassionate daughters, who graduated college and high school, respectively in May 2018.

After getting admitted to a few Ivy League universities (her first Ivy acceptance letter at still age 16),  UC Berkeley, and other top schools, Sabrina chose Georgetown University and enjoyed her 4 years there. She currently works as an engineer at Google headquarters back in Silicon Valley. Lydia is a thriving freshman at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, to which she was admitted Early Decision. They both have long-term aspirations to become, contribute, and grow as impactful C-suite leaders in global technology industries.
