(New York, NY) -The Lorenzo
Jackson Foundation, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit community
organization, will host its Third Annual Charitable
Speed-Dating Event at Red Betty’s NY, located at 64
East 1st Street (@ 1st Ave.)
on Wednesday, May 5th, 2010 from 7pm -
11pm. Hosted by Comedian Dawn B, the Lorenzo
Jackson Foundation will bring awareness and raise
funds for students and young adults living with
HIV/AIDS who wish to pursue a higher education.
The highly
anticipated event will be attended by over 250
professional and personalities between the ages of
22-54 representing a diversified industry mix of
tastemakers. The stylish, yet refined singles event
draws a significant amount of
sponsorship and media
attention. Previous sponsors included Grand Marnier,
Luxe Essentials, Azad Watches, Sonu Water, Redd
Entertainment, Anta Venue, Moomia Lounge, Shane and
Shawn Shoes and Cote d'or. This year's supporting
sponsors include Dr. Miracles, RIAZUL Tequila,

will take place at Red Betty’s NY, located at 64
East 1st Street on Wednesday, May 5th,
2010 from 7pm - 11pm. The venue has served as the
backdrop for many high profile events. Red Betty’s
will provide guest with delicious samples of foods
from their menu and an evening of cocktails courtesy
of Ria Zul Tequila, Bulldog Gin, Svedka Vodka.
The
donation and entry fee to the fundraiser is
$20.00, with all proceeds benefiting the Lorenzo
Jackson Foundation mission to inspire, support and
provide educational support
services for students and young adults living
with HIV/AIDS.

States had received a diagnosis of AIDS.
