The
Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation (ETAF) announced today
its fourth annual New York Dinner will take place on April
21, 2026 at the iconic Rainbow Room atop Rockefeller Plaza.
Hosted by CNN’s Laura Coates and generously supported
by Presenting Sponsor Gilead Sciences, Inc., the evening
will honor M·A·C VIVA GLAM, Tim Rosta, Marc
Porter and Heather Barnhart of Christie’s,
and Don Lemon for their contributions to HIV/AIDS
awareness and advocacy.
M·A·C Cosmetics' charitable campaign, M·A·C VIVA GLAM will
receive The Elizabeth Taylor Legacy Award for its
decades-long commitment to HIV/AIDS, LGBTQIA+ rights and
women’s health. Since 1994, M·A·C VIVA GLAM has raised over
$540 million dollars by donating 100% of the selling price
of VIVA GLAM Lipsticks to nonprofit partners like ETAF
working to advance its mission of equal rights and healthy
futures for all.
Tim Rosta,
founding Executive Director of LIFEBEAT, will be honored
with The Elizabeth Taylor Commitment to End AIDS Award for
his leadership in mobilizing the music and entertainment
industry to support HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment.
Through LIFEBEAT, he has connected artists and industry
leaders with affected communities, driving lasting impact in
the fight against HIV/AIDS. He also served on MTV’s Staying
Alive Foundation board for over 20 years.
The Elizabeth Taylor Legacy Award will
also recognize Marc Porter and Heather Barnhart of Christie's for
their philanthropic leadership in supporting
HIV/AIDS-related causes. Under the guidance of Porter,
Chairman of the Americas, and Barnhart, Global Head of
Client Strategy and Business Development, Christie’s
utilized opportunities around auctions and events to help
fundraise for ETAF, and has partnered with organizations
such as amfAR (which Elizabeth co-founded in 1985) and the
New York City AIDS Memorial, hosting special auctions where
donated artworks raise funds for research, education and
community programs.
Renowned journalist Don Lemon will be honored with The
Elizabeth Taylor Bold Voice Award for his unwavering
commitment to raising awareness about HIV and combating
stigma. As a public advocate for LGBTQ+ health, he champions
the importance of HIV testing, education and access to
treatment. He served as the 2025 Champion for ETAF’s HIV Is
Not A Crime Campaign.
The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation New York Dinner, which
will feature an intimate reception, seated dinner, program,
and live performance, remains one of ETAF’s most visible
annual events. Proceeds from the evening will continue the
work toward Elizabeth Taylor’s vision of an AIDS-free world.

ABOUT ETAF
In the 1980s, Elizabeth Taylor worked tirelessly on the AIDS
crisis and founded The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation (ETAF)
in 1991 to further her vision of an AIDS-free world. ETAF

those affected by HIV and AIDS with a concentration on
hard-to-reach communities. Its advocacy initiatives include
HIV Is Not A Crime, which seeks to overturn outdated laws
that criminalize people for their HIV status. Additionally,
ETAF promotes HIV prevention, education, and treatment
