Partnership with Children Celebrated its
Centennial
with
a
Turn
of Our Century Ball

Last night at The
Pierre, Partnership with Children
celebrated its centennial with a
Turn of Our Century Ball. Over
cocktails, Mayor Michael Bloomberg
spoke, praising the foundation,
and CIT’s CEO and Chairman of
the Board Jeffrey M. Peek received a
standing ovation when he was
presented with the foundation’s Ann
Vanderbilt Award. Guests reveled in
the centennial theme with posed
photographs in an antique horse and
carriage in front of The Pierre, and
upstairs in costumed
daguerreotype-style photos. After a
rousing live auction led by WLTW
FM’s Valerie Smaldone concluded,
guests took to the dance floor.

Lisa and Dick Cashin, Joanne and
Roberto de Guardiola, Emily Forbes,
the Honorable Betsy Gotbaum, Fleur
